Brian isn’t like some of the big firms which are just out to take the 1st offer make a quick buck. He will negotiate to get you what you really deserve.

Brian was my attorney for two separate cases and both of them were handled perfectly and had the best possible outcomes! I recommend him anytime somebody needs a lawyer.

Early 2018 I was reared ended out front of my residence which resulted in a totaled vehicle and severe injury to my lower back and neck. I obtained legal representation from Reagan Law Offices and I’m glad I did. The attentiveness of Mr. Reagan and his staff is unmatched. Not only was he empathic to the unwanted but deemed medically necessary surgery I underwent, but the assistance from his assigned physicians was amazing. In a situation that I’ve never been in which produces so much stress mentally, I remained calm and confident that things were being taken care of. Resulting in a settlement prior to going trial, the continuous worry and anxiety from the unknowns were over. I would recommend the services from Reagan Law Office to any needing a local lawyer with experience, knowledge, and knowhow!

I retained Brian to represent my interests in a Landlord / Tenant issue and was pleased with the outcome. Brian was well-versed in the intricacies of of the matter at hand. He clearly explained his strategy to seek resolution of the matter to my benefit and executed on that strategy. In the end, we achieved our goal and I received every bit of the resolution I had hoped for.
Brian also presented me with a viable contingency if we were unable to get what we were looking for on the first pass. Fortunately, we did not need to go this route but it was reassuring to have a plan in place, if needed.
All in all, I was well pleased with Brian service and fee.

Long story short, I was facing up to five years in prison for a third-degree felony. I posted flyers for a student group I’m a part of and the glue cost a lot of money to clean up, so they charged me with criminal mischief.

Brian was very helpful in explaining how the process would work and making sure I always knew what was going on. After I paid him, I felt like I could relax a little bit. I knew I had somebody in my corner. He was relentless with the prosecutor and the authorities. Always shooting for a dismissal – it was like he cared about the case even more than I did.

Anyways, he eventually got the case downgraded to municipal court. From there, he got the charges downgraded even further to a “public ordinance” offense, which is practically one step above a traffic ticket.

I thought my life was going to be ruined, but thanks to Brian, this whole ordeal was solved easily. I can move on.

Brian Reagan of Reagan Law Offices, LLC is a smart kick ass attorney who I highly recommend. I’m very discriminating when it comes to attorneys as most lack the enthusiasm & drive necessary to successfully represent their client’s best interest. After some disappointments thru my experiences over the years, I have found it in my best interest to simply write my own motions and represent myself. I know most people are not comfortable doing this, it can be a lot of hard work, and it is not recommended.

It’s hard to find an attorney who still has the Fire in His Belly as I refer to it. Some never have it, some only have it for a couple years out of law school… There are some who enjoy what they do, have the necessary charisma in a court room and with their peers, love to win, and maintain that FIRE IN THEIR BELLY for practicing law. Mr. Reagan is an experienced attorney who has impressed me that I would trust to represent my best interest.
